1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, and external factors.
Estimated delivery times:
Canada: 5–10 business days
United States: 5–10 business days
International: 7–15 business days
Please note that delivery can take up to 10 business days for Canada and United States orders after processing.
International orders may take longer depending on customs clearance and the destination country.
If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@h8fall.com so we can review the issue with the shipping carrier.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
H8FALL may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any available free shipping offer will be shown at checkout or announced on the website.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
H8FALL is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
We will provide tracking details to help you open a claim with the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation or file a claim.
Upon request, we can provide tracking details, delivery confirmation, and carrier information to help with your claim.
8. International Orders
We ship internationally.
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, customs fees, or other charges once the package reaches the destination country.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
9. PO Boxes
We ship to PO Boxes where available through the selected shipping carrier.
Some shipping methods may not be available for PO Box addresses.
