Orders
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order has been placed, we do not guarantee cancellations or order changes.
Please make sure your size, color, shipping address, billing information, and order details are correct before completing your purchase.
Can I change my order after checkout?
We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been placed. If you notice an issue, please contact us as soon as possible at info@h8fall.com with your order number.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
How do I know my order was placed successfully?
After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you will receive another email with tracking information.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
After processing, delivery usually takes:
Canada: 5–10 business days
United States: 5–10 business days
International: 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, customs, weather, holidays, or other external delays.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. H8FALL ships internationally.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, customs fees, or other charges once the package reaches the destination country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes where available through the selected shipping carrier.
What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
H8FALL is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
H8FALL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation or file a claim.
Upon request, we can provide the tracking number, delivery confirmation, shipping carrier, and delivery details.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
H8FALL accepts return requests under certain conditions.
To request a return, please contact us at info@h8fall.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Your request must include:
Your order number
The reason for the return
Clear photos showing the item and any issue, if applicable
The item name, size, and color
Any additional details that may help us review your request
All return requests must be approved before any item is shipped back. Please do not send any item back without prior authorization.
What condition does my item need to be in for a return?
To be eligible for review, the item must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
Unused
In its original condition
With all original tags and labels attached
Returned in its original packaging when possible
We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, stained, or returned without authorization.
Can I get a refund if I changed my mind?
Return requests for change of mind may be reviewed, but approval is not guaranteed.
If approved, the item must meet all return conditions. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
H8FALL reserves the right to refuse any return or refund if the item does not meet our return conditions.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, H8FALL accepts exchange requests under certain conditions.
Exchanges may be considered if:
The item arrived damaged or defective
The wrong item was shipped by mistake
A size exchange is requested and approved by customer service
All exchange requests must be approved before the item is shipped back.
Can I exchange an item for another size?
Size exchanges may be considered if requested within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with all original tags and labels attached.
Approved size exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer store credit or another available option.
Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Can I return or exchange sale items?
Sale items, discounted items, promotional items, limited-release items, and special collection items may be final sale.
Final sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
What should I do if my item arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect?
Please email us at info@h8fall.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, photos of the packaging if the package arrived damaged, and a short description of the problem.
Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you by email. If your request is approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or store credit depending on the situation and inventory availability.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item caused by H8FALL.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. H8FALL is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

How do I choose the right size?
Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering.
If you are between sizes, review the fit description of the product to decide whether you prefer a tighter or more relaxed fit.
Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to display product colors accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting, and device settings.
Are H8FALL items limited?
Some H8FALL pieces may be limited, seasonal, made in small quantities, or produced on demand.
Once an item sells out, restocks are not always guaranteed.

Is my payment secure?
