Return Eligibility

- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused
- In its original condition
- With all original tags and labels attached
- Returned in its original packaging when possible
We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, stained, or returned without authorization.
Refund Policy
If your return request is approved and the item passes inspection, H8FALL may issue a refund to the original payment method or provide store credit, depending on the situation.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Sale items, discounted items, promotional items, and limited-release items may be final sale.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. H8FALL is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Lost or Stolen Packages
H8FALL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Upon request, we can provide the delivery confirmation, tracking number, shipping carrier, and delivery details so you can file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
If a package is lost or stolen after delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the shipping carrier for investigation or compensation.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
H8FALL is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.
International Orders
We ship internationally.
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, customs fees, or other charges once the package reaches the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
International shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs charges are non-refundable.
