At H8FALL, every piece is released with intention. Many of our items are limited, made in small quantities, or produced on demand. For this reason, please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed, we do not guarantee cancellations or order changes.
Please make sure all order details, including size, color, shipping address, and billing information, are correct before finalizing your purchase.
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
H8FALL does not accept returns for refunds, store credit, or cancellations due to a change of mind. Please make sure you select the correct size, color, and item before completing your order.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns.
All sales are final. Items cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. Please do not ship items back to us without prior authorization. Any unauthorized return package sent to our location will not be accepted, refunded, or returned unless return shipping is paid by the customer.
Sale Items
Sale items, discounted items, promotional items, and limited-release items are final sale.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on sale items.
Exchange Policy
We do not accept exchanges for change of mind.
We will only consider an exchange in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The wrong item was shipped to you by mistake
- A size exchange is requested and approved by our customer service team
All exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your package.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition it was received: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags and labels attached.
We cannot exchange any item that has been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without authorization.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you by email within a reasonable period of time. If your request is approved, we will replace the item, subject to inventory availability.
Size Exchange Requests
Size exchanges may be considered only if requested within 48 hours of receiving your order and only if the item is unworn, unwashed, unused, and has all original tags attached.
All approved exchange shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Eligible items may only be exchanged once per order and are subject to inventory availability.
Lost or Stolen Packages
H8FALL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Upon request, we can provide the delivery confirmation, tracking number, shipping carrier, and delivery details so you can file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
If a package is lost or stolen after delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the shipping carrier for investigation or compensation.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
H8FALL is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.
International Orders
We ship internationally.
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, customs fees, or other charges once the package reaches the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
PO Boxes
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes where available through the selected shipping carrier.
